[Composer] Newbie procedure question

Hello Scott,

The Apple Dev tools (XCode) should be installed on the machine you¹re making
your packages on if you want to make Apple .pkg format packages.

To speed up package builds, you can create a base image that includes xcode
or an xcode package that can be applied to a clean system install before
taking your initial snapshot.  If you¹re using the full Casper suite and you
have a particular computer that you do your package builds on, you can use
autorun data or a policy to reimage your package development computer and
apply the xcode package.
