[Composer] chopping up packages

Hey everyone 

I totally knew how to do this over a year ago, but forgot and didn't document it.  I want to create ilife08 in a package and chop it up into individual installs.  Have an iLife required, then iMovies, iWeb, etc etc. 

So, if anyone knows the quick answer I would greatly appreciate it, thanks.
