[Composer] chopping up packages

The quickest and easiest way to do this is to create the Composer package 
with all the apps installed, and simply pull out the Applications 
themselves, build and deploy them as seperate packages.

Your required package would contain all the core files and inital 
preferences.

Your other packages would simply contain /Applications/iPhoto.app/ and 
iWeb.app, etc.
